These are from letters and emails Kristina has received from her clients:  

“To all that want to hear:  Sometimes in your life things seem dark, you feel like you are just not successful, less than successful. That is how I was feeling a couple of weeks ago. I work in D.C., a town that is under turmoil, where the energy right now is so toxic. I was driving on the beltway coming home from work, glad the day was over. Just want you to now, I am a safe, somewhat slow driver. The traffic was normal, fast, but close together. Many people driving to close too fast. I was near the middle, safe from people going off and coming on, maybe a little distracted with the day’s events.  Then I got blindsided, hit on the right side and swung around, and hit by another. Because I got hit on the right the airbag pushed my head to the left window. All after that was a blur. I have a great friend that knows a Spirit Healer. He contacted her, and with my permission, told tell her I was in an accident and at the hospital. My experience from that point on was one of light and comfort.

I remember my hospital room and it being dark and I remember thinking I would rather be there then have to go home and face my empty place and my fear and unsettled feelings.  Then I settled in, they said they were going to keep me for the night because of my head injury. My room was a single, no roommates, and it was still noisy with the sound of the hospital, but better than going home.

Then next thing I remember is the warm touch and light from somewhere very familiar, very much like home and mom. What I felt first was love, the energy of the Mother of the Human Race. Maybe just call her Mother.  An energy we all know, because we all come from her. It felt like love, warmth, knowing. It is hard to describe, it changed me to my core. I did not hear the hospital noises, I did not feel the darkness, and the toxic air of DC. I did not feel inadequacy, II felt whole, I felt what was really important. I felt the healing and the love. I felt like the mother was holding me in her arms. I know this may sound strange, like yeah right, you were visited by the Holy Spirit. Yes, if you want to call the Mother of all the Holy Spirit, yes.  I was visited and touched, by her. Kristina Woodall channeled her to me. She healed me too.  Kristina and the Mother.  I can tell you I woke up feeling the energy, the warmth, and the healing. Feeling changed, feeling the light. The feeling has not gone away.  I know that if all out there felt that energy, the Mother, there would be no reason for a Toxic environment, for Republicans and Democrats fighting. For a President that Breeds Hate. You cannot hate with that energy, the darkness goes away. It is what we are, creatures of great compassion, love, creativity and wealth of Spirit. If you are in need of light or healing, call Kristina, maybe you to can meet the Mother of all.”

“I had a life awakening moment and went to Kristina for help. I have had a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for the last 15 years. Every two years I have to renew my Colorado Department of Transportation (DOT Card) physical. Without the Card my license is cancelled. I went in for my regular two-year renewal, never had an issue before, but I failed the physical. My blood sugar was 396.  I have never had blood sugar issue. I was told I need to see a doctor and I need to take a sleep apnia test before I could be retested. I could not believe it and was at a loss to my next step.  I need the CDL for my job, and I did not want to go on expensive medicines.  

 I contacted Kristina and she helped me make some significant life changes. I changed my diet and I started exercising. I had 45 days to bring down my blood sugar and get retested. The eating change and the exercising were on me, Kristina could only encourage and couch me on my choices. Kristina in addition did sessions for me every week to heal and cleanse my Pancreas. Her remote sessions really worked. After the choices Kristina helped me through, the thing I have control over in my life, and her healing sessions, I went back to be retested. My blood sugar was 135, and I passed with no problems I got a healthy bill of health. It is beyond amazing what Kristina did for me. If I had gone the traditional way, I would be forever on pills to chemically control my blood sugar. I feel healthy, I have more energy and I have my license back. I recommend Kristina to anyone.  Working with me, she made me take responsibility for my life, which was very powerful, and changed my life with light.”

“I hope I explain this journey I have been on fully.  I am a 32-year-old, healthy Man.  I worked for the Federal Marshal Service in field work.  I developed an issue in my left knee.  I woke one day and could not fully function.  I cannot tell you how it happened, because I do not fully understand it.  When diagnosed by my doctor and in addition a knee specialist, I was told that my cushion (cartilage) was completely gone, and I would need a knee replacement.  I discovered that knee replacements are fairly common, just not in younger patients.  They think that they are good for maybe 15 years, and they don’t recommend redoing them.   I had a huge problem.  The doctors told me I would not be able to walk without a brace, crutches, or some other type of external help.  The pain was incredible.  I had to take time off my work, and I did not know how I could go back. 

A friend of mine suggested I look at alternative healing, remote healing from a Shaman or energy worker.  I found Kristina.  I read about her work and found all the information I needed on her website.  Knee replacement was out.  No way no how. So I signed up for the remote healing.  

For my first session, and all through the night, and after, I felt the healing power current go through my leg and my knee. Don’t panic though, it felt like a warm soothing. It was the first night I didn’t have extreme pain while I slept. I felt a warm energy current going though my whole leg. When she started the session, I knew she was healing my joint. The energy I felt was her working. I was told I would not walk or hike normally again.  That unless I did a total knee replacement that I would always feel great pain.

Over the next two months Kristina did remote healing for me once a week.  Over those two months, I could feel in my joint the energy and power of her healing.  When I went back to the doctors after my two months, they could not believe that I was walking, that the pain was gone, and I was fully functioning.

They were baffled that I could move, that I had regrown cartilage.  They said it was impossible, I said it was through energy remote healing.  That I saw a Shaman.  Remote healing is real, Kristina’s work goes beyond what we think as medicine, replacements, the work of our doctors.  I am not saying you shouldn’t go to a doctor.  I am saying you should go beyond that and look at traditional healing, the oldest form of healing in the world.  And, I am saying because I experienced it, it works.  I walk, I hike, I am.  Kristina gave me my life back.  The options within our current medical network would not work.  I would be dealing with pain killers, and immobility.  Now I am hiking and walking without pain, and I can sleep. “

“Dear Kristina, I just wanted to write you to thank you for the wonderful session we had and wanted you to be able to share my experience with other people, so here goes:  

To all the people that want help healing and traditional medicine isn’t fully working. I went to Kristina for one of my core issues that has been blocking my ability to be successful and healthy. In my original conversation with Kristina she was very caring about my issues and set up an appointment to work on my healing.  We decided to do a shamanic extraction (to pull out the negativity that is holding me back). “On Saturday I went for a quick little hike to see some petroglyphs near Moab Utah.  A quick hike where you wouldn’t think you would have an accident.

I have to say it was the perfect day, sunshine 64 degrees and I was in the desert.  Accidents happen when you least expect it.  I had looked at the wonderful petroglyphs and was walking back to the car.  There was an unusual geometrical notch in the top of the cliff where water poured down during rain events.  So, I was a little distracted looking up.  When I turned back down the trail, I hit a rock with my head so hard that my head went backwards.  Immediately blood started pouring out.  I grabbed my head and applied pressure and headed for the car.  I needed something to help stop the bleeding.

The car was right next the highway.  My friends that were with me looked for something in the first aid kit to stop the bleeding.  What happened next was a gift.  This person stopped, must have seen all the blood.  I found out later that she was an energy healer (shaman), and I found out her name was Kris.  She just took over, poured cold clean water in the wound until it stopped bleeding.  Then some antiseptic ointment lightly on the gashes.  She made sure the wound was clean and recommended I go get it checked out by a doctor.  She recommended that I used my baseball cap to make sure I got air on it and that it was protected.  She was like a first responder.   I chose not to go to the doctor, because I didn’t show any signs of concussion.  Kris asked if I was dizzy, needed to sit down. She asked if I was nauseous. She told me again to go and see a doctor immediately if I had any symptoms or changes.

She asked if she could send some healing energy into the wound right away. I said yes, she could – and I felt the tingling and the warm healing. Undescribable! She then told me about her remote healing, and asked if I wanted her to do a session that night. Of course I said yes again. I was already feeling the healing! Yeah, know that sounds crazy, but that’s the way it happened. She asked if someone was going to stay with me all night if I wouldn’t go to the doctor. I said I had friends with me, and they said they’d check on me all night.

I had a very large lump on my head when I got to my hotel that night.  As I was settling in and getting to sleep, at the time we’d set for her healing session, I totally felt a warm energy like an energy blanket come over my head.  Before the session, I was starting to get a headache, but I went to sleep feeling tucked in, warm and safe. (My friends checked on me all night. If anything had gotten worse, I would have gone to the urgent clinic in Moab. But I wasn’t feeling any problem.)  I woke up and most of the swelling had disappeared.  My headache was gone, and I only had a little soreness.

She checked on me the next morning. Asked how I was doing. Asked if I felt better – and again told me to go and see a doctor if there were any changes. I live in Ft. Collins, so I said I would go if I needed to as soon as I got home. I already felt like I hadn’t done anything to my head at all.

The next night, she did another session at the time we’d agreed upon. I had the same warm wonderful feeling on my head.  I went to sleep feeling loved, warm, comfortable, I felt the healing again.  When I work up, the swelling and soreness was completely gone.   I contacted Kris and told her what I felt and that I was very grateful for her healing. 

I was very lucky to get the immediate physical help I needed to stop the bleeding and contain the wound.  Then I was extremely lucky to get what most people don’t experience, the true healing.  Our medical industry usually puts the Band aide on, or sets the broken bone, but the true healing is an energy healing from someone like Kris (a Shaman).  I am extremely grateful for Kris.  I am extremely lucky that she was in the right place at the right time.  Accidents do happen.  We rarely get the opportunity to fully heal.  Usually, we just get the Band aid.”
